The building is situated in South Buda on Fehérvári Road. It is easily accessible either by car or by public transport. The property is connected to the M0 bypass and so offers quick access to the north and south. The Lágymányosi Bridge and the Petőfi Bridge, which together with the full construction of the Szerémi Road will contribute to the development of this region, ensure contact with the Pest side. The following public transport lines use Fehérvári Road: buses 3, 14, 114 and trams 18, 41 and 47. All of these lines have stops within 250 meters of the building. With the planned South Buda metro line this area will be connected to the underground transport system of Budapest.
