Budapest ONE office park is located in Őrmező, at the western gate of Budapest. The office building is easily accessible by car and public transport as well. The city center can be reached in 10 minutes by direct lines. In the underground garage under the office floor about 1,400 vehicles can be accommodated. The office building was pre-qualified with WELL Building Platinum qualification. The purpose of WELL certification is to build office buildings that, in addition to protecting the environment, have a positive impact on the health and wellbeing of workers there.
