Construction of the Liberty Office Building has Begun

WING Zrt. started the construction of Liberty office building in early September. The new building will be located next to Telekom's headquarters on eight floors and 42,000 square meters. Premium offices and retail space will be available to tenants.

Colorful "baguettes" placed on the facade of the building and unique terraces overlooking the park give character to the building. Under the office, there will be a four-storey underground car park that can accommodate 680 cars and 280 bikes in dedicated storage areas.

The building seeks BREEAM Excellent certification for environmental awareness. Garden rattles, patios and roof gardens make the office building unique with the technologies to be built for energy efficiency. Above all, a panoramic skybar overlooking the Buda hills and a green house with a promenade await those seeking refreshment. Those who prefer active recreation will also find running and streetball courts on the top floor.

Népliget is also renewing

The Liberty office building is located at the intersection of Kálmán Boulevard and Albert Flórián Street. With easy access from Budapest International Airport and the M5 motorway, this building will form the gateway to downtown. By public transport, tram 1 and metro M3 also stop here.

The office space can be flexibly shaped, making it an optimal choice for businesses of all sizes. With a single office floor area of almost 5,000 squaremeters, it is also suitable as a headquarters.

The attractiveness of the office district here will be enhanced even more by the completely renewed Népliget in 2020. The Liberty office building is expected to be handed over in the second half of 2021.
