It is the most popular office building of the district XI region of Buda, which is an elegant building of exceptional quality. The building adheres to high standards and provides numerous services; in 2002 it won the prize for the “Best office building in Budapest” and in 2003 it was in the leading group of the “Prix d’excellence – The best office buildings of the world” competition.
