The building is located in district XI onBudaörsi Roadnear the exit to the M1 and M7 freeways. The site can be reached by car from downtown in 10-15 minutes, express bus No 139, which departs from Déli Railway Station stops right in front of the building. Its construction was completed in 2000, using the most modern materials, and a pleasing exterior design. The building consists of 4 floors with10,000 m2(2500 m2on each floor) of space with up-to-date equipment; it also includes a covered, guarded parking garage, whit space for 250 vehicles. The building is situated in a peaceful, quiet, green environment with clean air. (The top floor is complete with an all-around panoramic terrace.) There are five elevators in the building (one of which is a freight elevator), which can be accessed from all levels of the parking garage.
