The Hattyúház (Swan-house) is a multifunctional building constructed in 1998, which is one of the prime examples of the unique Hungarian organic architectural style. Its outer appearance is marked by the use of natural materials (stone, wood, slate) and the design elements found in Hungarian folk art and architecture, which makes the building unique and attractive. Because of its architectural solutions it is gaining more and more popularity among the citizens of Budapest and tourists alike. Hattyúház is situated near Moszkva Square, which is one of the busiest hubs of the city; it is easily accessible by public transport (metro, tram, bus) or by car from any point of the city. It has exceptionally good commuter connection with the high-end residential areas of the Buda Mountains (districts II and XII).
