Features of the office building

Building “B” of Infopark was handed over in 2002 with a total of 8600 rentable spaces. The modern “A” category office building has underground parking facilities, which are expanded, by a separate two story parking garage. In 2006 the building was sold as part of a real estate portfolio by IVG to the German real estate fund HGA. In 2009 IVG was charged by the HGA Capital investment firm to manage their office buildings in Budapest, among these was Infopark building “B”.
