Millennium Gardens is being prepared

The Millennium Gardens office building is in the construction phase. Bayer Construct Zrt. is carrying out the structural work, the building is expected to be handed over by mid-2021, but the ground floor may be completed this year, according to TriGranit's announcement.

"At the end of June 2019, the civil engineering works of the Millennium Gardens office building on the banks of the Danube were completed and, during this phase of the construction, Swietelsky Ltd. handed over the site to Bayer Construct Zrt, which is in charge of the next steps of the building, and they began the construction of the reinforced concrete structure. With pillars and reinforced concrete core, the A-Class office building is scheduled to reach the ground floor by the end of October this year, and prospective tenants will occupy the building by the second half of 2021," said Tom Lisiecki, CEO of TriGranit.

The office project will include 37,000 square meters of leasable office space, with more than 500 parking spaces, 200 bicycle storage and electric car charging spaces. The plans were made with the BREEAM Very Good certification in mind, as sustainability was also emphasized in the designing of the building.
