A New Business Park is Being Built in South Buda

White Star Real Estate starts building a new business park in district XXII. Budapest called Park22. The investment will be constructed in three phases, worth 15 billion HUF (approximately 47 million EUR) altogether.

The project will be built in three phases and will start this year. There will be three office buildings and six warehouse halls. As part of the investment, 421 parking spaces, a 24-hour security and entry system, and electric car chargers and bicycle storage are being developed.

On the 15-hectare plot, 53,000 square meters of park and 61,000 square meters of leasable area will be developed. The first phase of the project is expected to be handed over in 2020. The date for the completion of further phases is still uncertain.

The business park has excellent infrastructure and accessibility, as it is easily accessible by bus, bicycle and train. In the immediate vicinity you will find the Campona shopping center.

White Star Real Estate has over 350,000 square meters of development in Hungary, worth 450 million EUR. Infopark A, Alkotás Point, M1 Business Park, Airport Business Park, or Market Central Ferihegy Shopping Park are amongst their finished projects.
