New office on the bank of Danube

Millennium Gardens is the name of a new office building alongside the Palace of Arts and the National Theater on the Pest side of the Danube. This will be the last office element of Budapest's new commercial and cultural center. The development is expected to be completed by 2019.

The developer TriGranit, putting great emphasis on green aspects, creates a roof garden and a terrace on the top of the building. There will also be a garden and a water pool on the ground floor of the building. The office building offers hundreds of bicycle storage places, multiple dressing rooms with showers and several handicapped accessible rooms.

The office building is based on the plans of the Finta Studio; huge glass surfaces and a spectacular glass bridge connecting the buildings characterize the new building. With this solution, renters also benefit, as the offices can be tailored to their needs.

The Millennium Gardens' outstanding location is characterized by options of after-work chill out, whether it is a cultural or a more relaxing one. In the area, postal service, restaurant facilities, and other service centers are waiting for employees as big-name companies have previously deployed their office in the neighbourhood, such as Vodafone, Morgan Stanley, Nestlé, JTI Hungary, Lexmark, ProLogis, or Boehringer.
