A New Office Building Will be Constructed in South Buda

The 5711 square meter site in Hengermalom street 18, district XI., has recently changed owners and was bought by ATENOR.
The Újbuda Shopping Center is just 400 meters from the ATENOR-bought area and just 700 meters from the Danube, so it is easily accessible by public transport and car. The Infopark and Budapark are also close by. It is one of the most popular parts of the city because of its huge green areas and good transport. The M1 and M7 motorways are also easily accessible from here. The new office building will be easily approachable to both Pest and Buda residents.
