New office in South Buda

A new office complex is being built on Bartók Béla Street: Bartók Udvar II. The owner Infogroup plans to finish the building complex in three phases -  the first phase will be ready by the end of 2018. 

In the existing four buildings of the office park, a total of 10.5 thousand square meters of office space, 4,000 square meters of commercial and warehouse space await the tenants. Bartók Udvar II will be connected to this complex with its 24,000 square meters area. The new office building earned "A +" quality mark and is designed with "fine avant-garde styling, high level architectural solutions, green communal areas and unique terraces " - reads the Bartók Udvar official website.

The value of the property is further enhanced by the very good green rating earned on the basis of the plans. Development will also have a positive impact on the development of the external environment.

The Bartók Udvar is located on Bartók Béla Street 105-113. There will also be a parking garage and a parking lot with a total of 480 parking places. There are already many facilities available in the area: banking and other administration, travel agencies, sports centers and restaurants await the employees and visitors of the office building.
