Mill Park

Mill Park A office is located on the Pest side of the Danube, with a total area of 36,000 m2, with a very large 4,500 m2 floor space. There is a 3-stored underground garage under the complex consisting of a ground floor and 7 office floors. The office building has excellent accessibility thanks to the Petőfi and Rákóczi Bridge, the suburban railway line H7, the metro line M3 and the vicinity of three tram lines. The city center as well as most hubs can be reached in 10-15 minutes by car and public transport. The green and innovative solutions of the office complex aim to minimize the ecological footprint of the office building and the costs associated with everyday operations. Environmental awareness and sustainable operations have been a key focus in the development of Mill Park. The building's innovative green solutions not only reduce the environmental impact, but also lower operating costs. The project has successfully achieved the internationally recognised LEED Gold* certification.
