Exchange Palace

Exchange Palace is located in the heart of the city. The exquisite building is an eclectic-Art Nouveau building built on the plans of Ignác Alpár, which was the headquarters of Hungarian Television between 1955 and 2009. After renovating, Exchange Palace will offer approximately 30,000 square feet of first class office and retail space. Near Liberty Square, the modern Liberty Square Parking underground parking garage provides 806 parking spaces for future tenants.
