The building of a new headquarters for one of Siemens's companies starts this July. The development on the Danube shore will give a new place for Evosoft Hungary Kft., which combines the activities of several companies with software and research development profile.

The office building of more than 20,000 square meters is being developed by WING ZRT and is scheduled to be completed in January 2021, in about two and a half years. The new building will be located at the Hungarian Scholars Boulevard in Budapest and will be realized in the second phase of the Hungarian Nobel Prize Laureate Research and Development Park. In the immediate neighbourhood of the new Ericsson headquarters.

From the 22,000 square meter area of the new office complex, Siemens will rent 20,000 square meters. There will be an underground car park with more than 500 parking spaces, and a six-storey high building on the surface, that is planned with the aim of achieving a LEED Gold rating.
