Liget Center Vitrum

The renewal of the Liget Center will be completed with a new, stand-alone building: the Vitrum office building, designed with a full glass façade. This unique, six-storey boutique-style building offers nearly 2,200 square metres of modern workspace for companies looking for a downtown yet green environment.

Vitrum is a hidden gem - not directly on the street frontage, but set behind the listed building, hidden from the hustle and bustle of the city. The three separate parts of the building will enclose an enclosed internal garden, which can also serve as a tranquil community space.

The project is expected to be completed in the second half of 2024, with the aim of achieving BREEAM certification for high levels of sustainability. Vitrum will be built in the heart of the 6th district, on the corner of Dózsa György út and Városligeti fasor, directly opposite the renewed Museum of Ethnography.
