Features of the office building

The Graphisoft Park is situated right on the bank of the Danube on 16 hectares of landscaped land. For the developers of the park nature and retaining the green areas was a priority. Each employee gets a parking spot, but these are hidden in underground garages. A meeting is completely different if you see a pond and a fountain from the window, and on a long workday it is a real gift if the road to lunch leads along a path next to the Danube.

The offices will be created to meet the needs of the tenants, and there is emphasis placed in creating new buildings, which fit harmoniously with the offices already constructed as well as to the industrial buildings of the former Gas Factory in the vicinity of the Park.

The tenants have the opportunity to select the technologies and materials used as well as to have their own equipments installed already in the construction phase of the offices. Because of this the equipment will be ready to use form the day the tenants take over the rented spaces. The lessor undertakes the on-site management of this work free of charge.
