Ganz Danubius Irodaház

The Ganz Danubius Office building is a renovated building from the last century. Originally, it was the headquarters of a large industrial company, the Ganz Danubius Ship and Crane Factory. Since 1990 it houses offices for rent. It is one of the defining buildings of Váci Road. Because if its particular style and the two large statues by its entrance it is a well known and characteristic building. It consists of a central building (with a stairway and elevator) and two wings. The wings are situated parallel with Váci Road behind a front garden, they are of the central corridor design with offices that have conventional walls. The average size of the offices is between 14 and 24 m2, and some of these can be opened together. The building has more than 4000 m2 of office space for rent on 5 floors and it has roomy internal spaces. The foyer of the building as well as the stairway, the halls and conference rooms on the first floor (which can seat 25 and 80; are for rent for individual events) are spacious and stately. The basement under the building houses storage facilities. The building was extensively renovated in 1998.
