The ”A” category office building made up of four wings comes with its own reception service and underground parking. The building is integrated into the environment by a park on the east side and a renovated street front with on the south side. All four of the elegant reception spaces open to the street front. Due to the two floor open space the foyer is flooded by natural light from floor to ceiling, this way arriving at the building is always an experience. The BSR Center was constructed using a wide range of high quality modern building materials. The façade facing the Váci Road has an elegant brick cover, while the walls in the rear received characteristic plasterwork. The floors of the foyer is polished granite, which is also material used for the walls, the surfaces at the reception desk are made of marble.
