Nordic Light

    
The Nordic Light office building is Skanska's latest LEED Gold pre-certified, ongoing development. The implementing of the office complex is divided two seperate part, the first starts in the secound quarter of 2014, the planned transfer of the building is expected in 2016. If it is needed, we can terminate the separaton between the two buildings, and also Nordic Light allows the renters to expand within floors.

The Office Complex has 26 200 sqm office place on seven floors with a restaurant and with many other services. For parking there is a  3 floor garage, too.
