Three office buildings of IMMOFINANZ in Budapest – Szépvölgyi Business Park, Greenpoint7 and Central Business Center – obtained BREEAM In-Use cetification. BREEAM In-Use (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Methodology) is the world’s longest established internationally accepted method of assessing, rating and certifying the sustainability of buildings and assists builders and owners reduce cost effectively and adopt sustainable solutions.

 All the three buildings received ”Very Good” qualification in “Operation”.

The bottom line of the rating were:

• the important output parameters of the buildings 
• construction
• facilities

This assessment reflects

• the directives
• the customs
• the proceedings of building operation

The asessment also contains valid consupmtion details including

• energy
• water
• rate of the environmental effects (Eg. waste turnout, dioxide-carbon–eduction)

The system of BREEAM In-Use serves to rank Sustainable Built Environment, which also takes into consideration

• the level of comfort
• and health of emloyees
• tenant satisfaction
• continuous control of the air quality
• hygenic processes
