Promenade Gardens Business Center is located at 82-84 Váci Road, on the corner of Révész Street. Its construction has started in the summer of 2009 – the investor, Horizon Development firmly believed that its 2012 handing over will have long postdated the low point of the recession, and there would be to shortage of prospective lessees in a new business center. The choice of the location did not present great risks:Váci Road has long been established as the "business center corridor" of the city. The architectural design of the building was carried out by Finta Stúdió, with Antal Fekete as head designer, who is also renowned by designing Bank Center, West End shopping center and Eiffel Business Center.

Promenade Gardens is located onVáci Road, the business corridor of Budapest, served by metro line 3. Its Dózsa György Street stop is a 2-minute walk away, while its Árpád Bridge stop is 6 minutes away. TheVisegrádi Street stop of trolley bus lines 75 and 79 is also just 3 minutes away. By car, the building is accessible from Visegrádi Street as well as Váci Road.
