The office building is located in the "new downtown" of Budapest, on Váci road, near Nyugati square. The well-known shopping and conference centre, WestEnd City Center is situated opposite the office building. The building has façades at both Váci road and Balzac street, and Kresz Géza street is directly accessible via a passage as well. The shops, restaurants, bank and post offices located in the vicinity of BC 30 provide a wide range of services for the tenant companies and their employees.

The rental areas of BC30 are finalized according to the individual requirements of the tenants. It is possible to create cellural or open-space offices. The in-house architect and contractor team of the owner takes care of the planning and the implementation of such works. The maintenance and the professional operation of the building is also performed by the Group, with the constant participation of maintainers and dispatchers on the site. The rental fee includes the turn-key interior design of the units in compliance with the standard technical description, which are defined materials and technical solutions to be used. If required, it is also possible to provide the spaces with more service compared to the standard finish.
