Skypark Office Building in Budapest Won a Prestigious Prize

In the FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence competition, the Skypark office building in Budapest was ranked second in the office-building category. The plans of the office building were made based on Gábor Zoboki's work and were actually made as one of the jewels of Budapest's office buildings last year.

The FIABCI Prix d'Excellence recognizes the project that best embodies excellence in all the real estate disciplines involved in its creation. FIABCI is an international real estate association that has been looking at the market for 61 years.

The Nokia Skypark office building in Budapest was the Futureal group's development last year, and its construction started in 2015 within the framework of the Corvin Promenade project. On the ground floor of Skypark there is a restaurant, cafe, and kindergarten, and the building also has a two-story lobby and an indoor conference center on the first floor. Parking facilities are provided by a parking garage of 169 parking places outside the underground garage. The building based on innovative solutions was designed by ZDA-Zobok Architects.
