GTC’s newest office complex development is the SPIRAL office building located on Dózsa György Road. The building, which was completed in two phases, has 56,000 square meters of modern and efficient office space for rent. The first phase, which was completed in the first quarter of 2009, offers 34,000 gross square meters of rentable space, 426 parking spaces and numerous services for its future tenants.
