These Office Buildings are Rated the Best on the Budapest Office Market

For the tenth time, the Portfolio Property Awards were awarded at the Portfolio Property Investment Forum. Projects under and above 10,000 square meters were rated by a seven-member jury. Advance Tower II. and the Budapest ONE office park made it to the very top of the list.

The jury members included Gyula Ágházi, Gábor Futó, Dániel Jellinek, Attila Kovács, Tibor Nagygyörgy, Noah Steinberg and Sándor Scheer.

Office Project of the Year Under 10,000 Sqm: Advance Tower II. (Developer: Futureal)


Advance Tower II’s construction, developed by Futureal, began last spring. The second part of the office complex in the office corridor on Váci Road has been expanded from 8,000 square meters to 20,000 square meters of leasable area. Last year, the Futureal Group signed a 34 million EUR loan agreement with K&H Bank. The property was also sold in April this year, the first phase of which was acquired by the Erste Real Estate Fund and the second phase may be included in its portfolio through a future contract. The total office complex worth 68 million EUR.

A total of 65,400 sqm of office space was completed in three phases of Futureal's development in Őrmező, called Budapest PARK office park. The first phase will be completed at the end of 2019, comprising 25,000 square feet of office space and an additional 2,600 square meters of retail units.
