Building “B” of Infopark was handed over in 2002 with a total of 8600 rentable spaces. The modern “A” category office building has underground parking facilities, which are expanded, by a separate two story parking garage. In 2006 the building was sold as part of a real estate portfolio by IVG to the German real estate fund HGA.
