It Could be the Largest Shopping Mall in Budapest Jan 28th, 2020

Symmetry Arena Property Management Ltd. has applied for a permit to expand the Arena Mall, according to HVG. For the tenth time, the Portfolio Property Awards were awarded at the Portfolio Property Investment Forum. Projects under and above 10,000 square meters were rated by a seven-member jury. Advance Tower II. and the Budapest ONE office park made it to the very top of the list. Office News: Tenants are Increasingly Occupying Spaces Dec 5th, 2019

The number of vacant offices in the Budapest rental market is minimal. In the third quarter, the vacancy rate did not exceed 5.9 percent, according to the Budapest Real Estate Consultants' Consultation Forum (BIEF). Contrary to last year's and first quarter of this year's trend, in the third quarter, the North Buda submarket had the smallest vacancy, only 2.9 percent unused.
