The Roosevelt Office Building Changed Hands
OTP Real Estate Investment Fund is expanding its portfolio with a prestige office building by acquiring the Roosevelt Office Building on Széchenyi Square. This is one of the most excellent office buildings in Budapest. The premium 26,000 squaremeters property was purchased by OTP Group Real Estate Fund in one of the most significant transactions in the CEE real estate market with GLL Real Estate Partners (GLL), a Munich-based fund manager in the Macquarie group.

Construction of the Liberty Office Building has Begun
WING Zrt. started the construction of Liberty office building in early September. The new building will be located next to Telekom's headquarters on eight floors and 42,000 square meters. Premium offices and retail space will be available to tenants.
Colorful "baguettes" placed on the facade of the building and unique terraces overlooking the park give character to the building. Under the office, there will be a four-storey underground car park that can accommodate 680 cars and 280 bikes in dedicated storage areas.

Millennium Gardens is being prepared
The Millennium Gardens office building is in the construction phase. Bayer Construct Zrt. is carrying out the structural work, the building is expected to be handed over by mid-2021, but the ground floor may be completed this year, according to TriGranit's announcement.
