A New Business Park is Being Built in South Buda
White Star Real Estate starts building a new business park in district XXII. Budapest called Park22. The investment will be constructed in three phases, worth 15 billion HUF (approximately 47 million EUR) altogether.
The project will be built in three phases and will start this year. There will be three office buildings and six warehouse halls. As part of the investment, 421 parking spaces, a 24-hour security and entry system, and electric car chargers and bicycle storage are being developed.

The Office Market in Budapest is Heading to New Heights
In the Budapest office market, the vacancy rate is only 7.1 percent. There is a demand for nearly 80,000 square meters in the first quarter of 2019, which is 12 percent less than a year ago. The stock may grow in the coming quarters despite the fact that no new office has been handed over in the first three months, according to BRF's first quarterly office market report in 2019.

The Third Nordic Light is on its Way to Váci Road
The last phase of the new office building called Nordic Light Trio will be built at the Váci Road office corridor.
The Nordic Light office complex, designed by Paulinyi-Reith & Partners, is located on a 2,500 squaremeters gross area as a continuation of the complex. The complete set of shapes is being carried through the Scandinavian building. In September last year, the construction of the third, final phase of the Nordic Light office complex was launched on the site of Véső Street and Visegrádi Street.
